The standard delivery time outside Germany is 3-5 working days.

All orders placed before 15 (GMT+2) will ship out same day, all orders placed after 15 (GMT+2) will ship out the day after.

Please note that orders outside of the EU and the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL-tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on the DHL website.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately.


We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.


We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make any changes to the shipping address.
