RIGHT OF RETURN

Return period:

• Customers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to arrange a return.

Authorisation to return:

• The products must be in the same new condition as when they were received.

• Must be in the original packaging.

Return procedure:

• To arrange a return or exchange, please visit our returns form and fill in the required details.

Returns are free of charge at Elite Scents.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Additional information:

• The processing times for refunds may vary. In some regions it can take up to 5 days for returns to be processed.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not fulfil the conditions.
