How long does the delivery take?
The standard delivery time outside Germany is 3-5 working days. All orders placed before 15 (GMT+2) will ship out same day, all orders placed after 15 (GMT+2) will ship out the day after.

Did your perfume arrive broken?
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.

What is the oil concentration of the fragrances?
Our fragrances are 100% perfume oil based. For comparison: normal EdP usually only achieves 20% perfume oil. That's why our fragrances smell so high-quality and are so long-lasting. In addition, you need to use much less of the product and you can get by with 10ml for a very long time.

What is the benefit of roll-ons?
The biggest advantage is that you can apply the oil much more precisely than with spray perfumes. This means that less of the product is lost in the air and you can use as much as you really need. You can also put the 10 ml bottles in almost any bag, so you always have the fragrance with you.

How should I store the roll-ons?
The best place to store the roll-ons is in a cool and dark place. Protected from moisture, sunlight and high temperatures. For example, a good storage place for the roll-ons would be in the bedroom, especially in the closet where it is dark. A bad place would be e.g. in the bathroom due to the high humidity and temperature fluctuations.
